By accessing and placing an order with BuildSpace 3D, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and BuildSpace 3D.

1. General

These terms govern your use of our website and services. By using our site and placing an order, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Services Offered

BuildSpace 3D provides a range of custom 3D services, including:

• 3D Printing of user-submitted 3D files (we support STL, OBJ, STEP, and other formats)
• 3D CAD Drafting Services, where we convert your sketches, technical drawings, or concepts into printable 3D files
• 3D Scanning Services, where customers can post in physical parts and we scan and convert them into 3D models
• Packaging, finishing, and shipping of completed parts

All 3D files submitted for print that are not originally designed by the customer will be assumed to have an appropriate commercial-use license by default.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars)
• Full payment is required at checkout
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available during checkout

Final pricing includes material costs, print time, post-processing, and basic packaging. Complex or oversized prints may incur additional charges, which will be confirmed prior to fulfilment.

4. File Uploads and Quality

• All uploaded 3D files must be technically sound and ready for print
• We do not modify or repair files unless explicitly agreed
• If a file cannot be printed due to errors or structural concerns, we will notify you before proceeding

Customers are responsible for confirming the scale, dimensions, and orientation of their submitted models.

5. Turnaround and Delivery

• Orders are generally printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days
• Delivery within Australia typically takes 3–5 business days via local postal services
• Delays may occur based on location, public holidays, or postal disruptions beyond our control

Tracking information will be provided once your item is shipped.

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, refunds are generally not offered unless:

• The product is damaged,
• The product is not printed as ordered, or
• The quality does not meet your expectations

To request a refund or reprint, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue and your order number. Valid cases will be reprinted or credited at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any files you upload.
We do not use, copy, or distribute your designs beyond the scope of fulfilling your order.

All uploaded 3D files are automatically deleted from our database within 10 business days of your order being completed.

We reserve the right to decline printing of any files that may violate intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuildSpace 3D is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of business, data, or opportunity
• Defects in customer-submitted files
• Misuse or failure of printed parts

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
